User Experience Practices in Software Startups: A Systematic Mapping Study

Software startups work in an uncertain environment with limited resources. Thus, user experience (UX) practices can help their product development process and provide greater chances of survival for these companies. It is necessary to know what UX software have used, how they are using them, effects on the organization. Therefore, this paper aims present a systematic mapping study (SMS) conducted through search engines snowballing identify used startups. The papers’ analysis identified thirty-six by validation, design, evaluation. However, most emergent result extracted from was that only two were specified startups; contrast, others could be applied various company types. In addition, several functions ways generating customer value identified.
